SCRIPTURAL INSIGHT AND STUDY
Ephesians 6:11-12. "Spiritual forces of wickedness."
Roman soldiers wore the full armor of the day.
The soldier had a mantle around his shoulders.
The belt of truth covers the manly part of the soldier.
This is the first place the dark forces seek to hit and destroy,
as they fight dirty and utilize the unlawful, dirty, low blow.
They always try to hit you below the belt.
Ephesians 6:12-19, the full armor of God section read.
Pray the armor on daily, and wear it daily.
Pray the Lord's Prayer everyday.
Deception detection prayer.
Curse reverser prayer.
Deliverance from the power of the dogs prayer.
Isaiah 59:17, "With His cloak and the mantle of vengeance."
The cape is the mantle of zeal.
Part Ten of Getting Greater Faith and putting on the armor of faith review.
Believe the truth, love the truth, and faith the truth.
Breastplate of love and faith and righteousness.
The promise.
Stand on the promise in peace, without fear and anxiety.
Malachi 3:10 promise, standing in peace, knowing that God keeps His promises.
1 Timothy 1:1-2. Mercy and grace, and extend it to others in your life.
Shield of Faith takes the stormy blows, in the obedience phase.
The helmet gives you hope against hope.
If you lose hope, then you've lost faith.
Hebrews 11:1, "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen."
The sword is both an offensive and a defensive weapon.
The sword of the Spirit is the word of God,
and the word of God is true.
Jesus fought with the devil, "It is written." He used the sword of the Lord.
Know the word of God, read the word of God, "It is written."
Stand on the promises.
Be doers of the word and not merely hearers.
Romans 10:17, "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 8:28, "And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose."
John 14:15, "If you love me, keep my commandments."
Closing prayer in accordance with Numbers 6:24-26.

SINGING PRAISE AND WORSHIP
We ask for more of Your Holy Spirit, as we seek to become
doers of the word and not just hearers.
"Feed My Sheep," song one.
"Jesus Is Living Water," song two.
Jesus is coming.
2 Thessalonians 2, and is Jesus coming back to kill and punish?
1 Thessalonians tells us Jesus is coming back.
Get on the right side of the King today!
"Four Horsemen," song three.
It's good to remind the sheep that the Lord is coming with judgment.
"I'd Rather Be In A Deep Dark Grave And Know That My Poor Soul Was Saved,"
song four. Sung by a i2-year old girl from the La Porte congregation.
Let there be a resolve in the body of Christ to take that stand for Him.
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the light."
Love Him with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.

COMMUNION SUPPER EXHORTATION
Recollection of the pastor's brother and the funeral for him.
A conversation with a friend of his brother who had also lost
an only begotten son.
Monty was raised up to be in church every Sunday,
and to partake of communion every Sunday.
Jesus made it clear that communion is a food.
"The food which endures to eternal life."
"He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood, abides in Me and I in him."
It is very possible to loose your soul.
1 Corinthians 2:14, "The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned."
To the natural man, the things of God are foolish.
The bread represents the flesh of Christ, and the cup represents the blood of Christ.
"The righteous acts of the saints are the white garments that they wear."
"Do not forsake our assembling together, as you see the day drawing near."
May we be found giving You first place in our lives.
Recognize the priorities and line them up with our King Jesus Christ.
We remember the sacrifice of God's Only Begotten Son,
as he was hanged on that cross.
The Lamb of God, sacrificed for our sins, as the Perfect Sacrifice.
We partake together in remembrance of Him.

SERMON NOTES. January 17, 2010. Title: "You Never Mentioned Him To Me."
We stand and sing a new song, "You Never Mentioned Him To Me."
"You could have led me safely to Him."
"You knew I was astray, yet you never mentioned Jesus, this Jesus to me."
Prayer for help to break through the apathy across this land and into the Body of Christ. Let us tell the world that Jesus is He who arose from the grave.
Today's sermon message will be scripturally intense, citing many scriptural passages, so take notes, writing the references down,
for later meditation and study.
Matthew 20:7, "So then, you will know them by their fruits."
Matthew 20:8, "When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, 'Call the workers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last ones hired and going on to the first.'""
"They likewise received every man a penny."
"Friend, I do thee no wrong."
"I will give unto this last even unto thee."
Matthew 20:15-16, "'Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with what is my own? Or is your eye envious because I am generous?"
"So the last shall be first, and the first last."
If you waited until the eleventh hour,
then you received the same wages as the first man hired.
The whole world was dark, and yet it was evangelized by exponential expansion.
Reach out and touch ten people with the, "Don't Miss Out!" tract.
Pick ten people, and pray for those ten this year of 2010.
500 Christians help convert ten people in one year,
By year five, 50,000,000 people are converted.
By year seven, 5,000,000,000 are converted.
Profess the truth to someone else.
Conversion and baptism. Acts 2:38 and Mark 16:16.
The natural Body of Christ, functioning properly,
will provide light in darkness and witness for Christ along the way.

Matthew 25:44, KJV, "Then they themselves also will answer, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of You?'
2 Corinthians 4:3-4, "Blinded the minds of the unbelieving by the god of this world."
Revelation 3:14, "I know your deeds.....cold or hot....spit you out....
you do not know........poor and blind and naked."
Sometimes we don't know we are blind.
A young man just turned twenty years old and he will be baptized today.
Matthew 25, and the wedding feast teaching.
You do not know the day or the hour that your Master will return.
This was followed by the Master leaving His servants in charge.
Matthew 25:29, "Cast out the worthless slaves."
The POLITICALLY CORRECT(PC) incorrect truth of a hell of a place,
where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Few there will be who find the straight and narrow way into His kingdom.
Matthew 25:32-41, "All the nations will be gathered before Him;
and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, Then the King will say to those on His right, 'Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.' Then the righteous will answer Him, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink? 'And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? 'When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?' The King will answer and say to them, 'Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.' Then He will also say to those on His left, 'Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels."
And He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left.
There is a hellish place of fire, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Both groups did not see, but one group did what they did naturally.
Evangelism was a natural thing for the early church.
The world was taken over by Christianity in a few short years, as the sheeple spread the good news of His glory and salvation to their kinsmen.
One group, in Matthew 7:33, "Depart from Me." into the eternal punishment.
"I never knew you, you who practice lawlessness."
Where were they departing to? It's the same place.
One group fed and watered the sheep.

Haiti fund raisers, like George Bush and Bill Clinton, could use this passage.
200 years ago, the black Haitians massacred all the white men, and a great earthquake came upon them at that time.
James 2:15-17, and John also teaches feeding the hungry.
Matthew 24:45, tells of the meat of the word and the milk of the word.
Be a reasonable, sensible slave.
John 4, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me."
John 6:27, there is another food.
"I am true food and true drink."
Deuteronomy 28:48. "Therefore you shall serve your enemies whom the LORD will send against you, in hunger, in thirst, in nakedness, and in the lack of all things; and He will put an iron yoke on your neck until He has destroyed you."
"In hunger, in thirst, and in nakedness."
In this Babylonian captivity, our people are serving
our enemies in nakedness, hunger, and thirst.
John 6:54-56. Jesus was talking about the hungry.
John 4, "Shall never thirst...a well of water springing up."
John 7:37, and the thirsty, "Let him come to Me to drink."
Feeding the hungry and giving water to the thirsty,
in Matthew 25, refers to the spiritual condition.

Clothing the naked.
Sin came into this world with nakedness.
They put fig leaves on to cover their loins.
God said, "Get some clothes on."
"Garments of skin."
The outward clothing is a sign of the inward condition,
and especially in the Body of Christ.
Be modest in your dress, even if you have to be different from the world.
The clothing for Adam and Eve that God made for them was the sheep skin.
Revelation 3, the luke warm, pusillanimous outfit. They were naked.
Revelation 16:15. "("Behold, I am coming like a thief. Blessed is the one who stays awake and keeps his clothes, so that he will not walk about naked and men will not see his shame.") Don't lose your garments.
Galatians 3:27, "For all of you who were baptized into Christ
have clothed yourselves with Christ."
Matthew 22:11, and the man who tried to get in without the proper clothing.
"How did you come in here without wedding clothes?"
"Ravenous wolves," are the blind leading the blind,
and their followers will follow them right into hell.
The false prophets do not clothe the naked.
Revelation 3:5, "He who overcomes shall thus be clothed in white garments."

Read and meditate on these additional scriptures concerning this subject matter:
James 5:17.
Revelation 19:7, and the righteous acts of the saints.
Ezekiel 34:1-6, visiting the sick.
James 5:17, "They will be forgiven him."
The Wednesday night radio broadcast prayer meeting,
and when you pray with us for the sick, then you are visiting the sick.

How about prison and the prisoners?
This passage may not necessarily mean a physical prison.
Many con men are in the prisons today.
Many in prison are trash, but there are also some good men trapped inside.
Col. Jack Mohr had a prison ministry, and he wrote to them often in his ministry.
A story about leasing rights on land with oil and coal.
The prisoner claimed he was dying of cancer in order to swindle money.
Col. Mohr sent him money and the con man was a prisoner.
One of the prison guards was on the ministry, and gave the ministry a heads up.
A story about the visiting pentecostal girls and the hugs prisoners got from them.
Then the prisoners would go back and talk about it.
Be cautious with prisoners and freeloaders. Many are deceivers.
Isaiah 42:22, "But this is a people plundered and despoiled; All of them are trapped in caves, Or are hidden away in prisons; They have become a prey with none to deliver them, And a spoil, with none to say, "Give them back!"
Our people are in caves today, in their little apartments,
like being trapped in prisons.
Whites forced into black schools are as prisoners surrounded by aliens.
Many are institutionalized, as in mental prisons, nursing homes, etc.

Hebrews 8:8, "For finding fault with them, He says, "BEHOLD, DAYS ARE COMING, SAYS THE LORD, WHEN I WILL EFFECT A NEW COVENANT WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AND WITH THE HOUSE OF JUDAH."
Matthew 15:24, "But He answered and said,
"I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."
Ephesians 2:11-19.
Understand who Israel is and who is the stranger.
The gentiles were cast off.
"Gentiles in the flesh, .....separated...strangers to the covenant promise....
have been brought near by the blood of Christ.....the law of commandments...thus establishing peace."
The stranger actually represents God's people.
The least of My brethren.
Matthew 25:41, "Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."
It's not about all the other races, but rather His brethren.
Who was He talking about?
Mark 3:31-33, "Then His mother and His brothers arrived, and standing outside they sent word to Him and called Him. A crowd was sitting around Him, and they said to Him, "Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are outside looking for You." Answering them, He said, "Who are My mother and My brothers?" Looking about at those who were sitting around Him, He said, "Behold My mother and My brothers!"
Matthew 25:45-46, "Then He will answer them, 'Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.' These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."
Our own people are hungering for the food, the water, and the clothing,
and they are the strangers.
"Who are My mother and My brothers? Behold My mother and My brothers."
The word, "Brother," is defined as born of the same two parents,
or only the same father or mother, or the same people or countrymen or race.
The other races identify their own nationality as their own brothers,
like the negroes and the Mexicans. They quickly recognize
and stick together with their own kindred kind,
and calling each other brothers.
Jesus was an Israelite, and He sought out His brethren, to reach out to them.
Matthew 15:24, "But He answered and said, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

Matthew 25, tells of His people who He wants us to reach.
Clothe them, feed them, give them water, invite them into His house, the church.
Psalm 23:6, "Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever."
The house of the Lord. Invite a stranger into the house of the Lord.
Reach out to one of the lost sheep of your own kindred countrymen.
Reach out and touch others and spread this gospel good news.
Do you see that you need to be doing the work of evangelism,
by sharing the gospel good news of the risen Jesus Christ?
Closing song played and sung again, "You Never Mentioned Him To Me."
