SERMON MESSAGE NOTES

Today's Message Title: "AN INGREDIENT FOR MIRACLES" by Pastor Peter J. Peters.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS TEST CONCERNING AN ATTITUDE AND OBEDIENCE TO THE WORD WHICH EMPOWERS GOD TO BRING ABOUT MIRACLES.
Get this down! It is a demeanor that will bring about the miracle power workings of God.


Sitting in a restaurant, the preacher overheard conversation in the booth behind him, as a daughter aged 14, talking to her parents, spoke in a loud, disruptive voice.  Her dad told her to hold it down, but she rebelled against her dad. She kept speaking in a very loud voice.
The pastor finally intervened and told her. "Megan, "Honor your father and mother." She replied, "O, I do." The preacher then realized that this society doesn't know the meaning of honor.



"AN INGREDIENT FOR MIRACLES."
How does Satan shut down the power of God?
The word of God is power, but “the traditions of men make void the word of God."
There is power in praise. Power works through praise. "Praise the Lord. Halleluyah!"
The intellectuals are taught to ignore the praising of the Lord, and that singing praise and worship is nonsensical.
"Don't put Jesus on an ox cart!" The praise activated the Ark to electrical power to electrocute. The Lord is worthy to be worshipped in truth and in spirit.


Have you noticed how ugly people have gotten today?
Satan stops this powerful attitude, as the thief steals with the deception of win-lose. The queen, in Esther 1:1,4,5,7, where the queen refused to come, after the king ordered her. He wanted to honor her beauty before the participants of the feast. She refused to obey him, and thus dishonored her king before his dinner guests.


A sound-bite played a segment from www.anotheruntoldstory.com lead piece for airtime on the radio tomorrow. Today's women are pig awful ugly, as they were seduced to sing and say,
"You don't own me...don't tell me what to do, don't tell me what to say..."
The song sound-bite is played from the 1960's song, promoting dishonor, disobedience, and the antichrist 1960's women's liberation movement.
Today, how did they get so pig awful ugly? Pig behavior makes you look like pigs. Act like a pig, and you will look like a pig. The woman's lib movement, said the men were male chauvinist pigs. Dishonor begets dishonor.
Honor begets honor. We became a dishonoring people; Imitators of word and deed in the sheeple nation of, “Monkey see, monkey do!”


Satan shuts down miracles.
Power is found in the dark side in Satan's united kingdom. It's known as, "The Power of the Dark Side." It is win-lose with Satan. He and his demons win, and you ultimately lose. Jesus has a win-win system in His kingdom of light and honor. The women's lib movement brought about dishonor, disobedience, rebellion, and an ugly physical appearance, as the spiritual manifested the physical.



A Satanist told the preacher that Satan has power; The sons of darkness versus the sons of light. Witchcraft brings about win-lose, as Satan ultimately is a big loser. In 1 Chron15:25, the power of praise super charged the Ark of the Covenant, "With shouting and the sound of the horn." This shouting activated God. It's time for us to get the Spirit of God back in this world. We need to recognize the God activating “Power of Praise.”

Saul's daughter, in verse 29, despised David for his praising the Lord. 1 Chron. 15:29, “Melchol the daughter of Saul looking out at a window saw king David dancing and playing, and she despised him in her heart.” TSB.
1 Chron.16:43, "David returned to bless his household.”
2 Sam.6:20, David came to bless his house. One of the blessings is children.
Melchol(Michelle) dishonored David, as she had become an old prude, full of bitterness.

She was the wife of his youth, and his favorite, but she dishonored David.
1 Sam.19:11-17, she had saved David from maniacal Saul.
David was her early love that she later lost. Much had happened to her through her life, and these events had made her bitter.
Somebody was affecting her thinking, and that somebody was Satan. 1 Peter 5:8, “Your adversary, the devil, prowls about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” Read 1 Chron:21:1, where Satan moved David. “An adversary stood up in Israel and persuaded David to number Israel.”
Melchol listened to Satan, as he seduced her to get to David, just like he seduced Eve in order to get to Adam. The Satanic seducer gets the ears of the women, through insidious cunning guile.

David has become an enemy in his own household. He came to the house to bless her, on a spiritual high, although he was physically tired.
She had been involved in the sin of witchcraft, giving heed to familiar spirits.
Mothers will tell their daughters to use black magic, as they prowl in certain rooms. Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. Win-win could have been the result of his triumphant homecoming. 2 Sam6:20, "He uncovered himself today."
Instead, Melchol deflated David and stole his energy by her words.
Where did the energy go? It transferred as an energy shift. Energy does not just disappear. Unrequited love is depressing. An example of this is found when you milk a cow. Demon possessed women know how to use rebellion witchcraft to hit you, just like milking a cow. As they cut the man down, they get a demonic glee, Over the years, this wears down the man’s strength, his vim and vigor, and she gets his energy through the power shift.

Melchol refused to honor her husband, and it became a win-lose situation.
2 Sam. 6:21, "I will celebrate before the Lord." Melchol(Michelle) said it was his fault, as she believed the seducing lies of Satan. David knew he had to have miracle working power in his life. He wanted to be built up when he came home, not cut down! Here's the very attitude you must have, so that your household will be blessed. “All things are possible with God.” In Judges 6:13, Gideon asked, “Where are all His wondrous works?” "Lord, where are the miracles?" Satan knew how to shut down the power of miracles with dishonor.

David understood that he was the king of his household. He said, "I will be honored." In the marriage ceremony today, there is much importance in the vows of the bride and groom, "Love, honor, and obey,” and "Love and honor and cherish." The vows will work if they get them down, and then they will stay married.
David said, "Of them (the kingdom’s maidens) shall I be held in honor."
Satan knows that the king of his castle must be honored. Dishonor robs the power. Melchol, "Had no children to the day of her death." Blessings stop when honor stops.


Mothers and daughters conspire together, as Satan works through them to shut down the honor in the home. We must have honor in the homes, as this brings on the blessings. It will go well with your children if they understand honor. The fifth commandment is the first commandment with honor.
"You will honor my husband!" as this carries over to the step-father and step-mother. "I will be honored in my home!" said David.


A woman will beat down and milk her man, and then she'll say she has to do the work herself. This sounds like the Jezebel series. In Mark 6:3, Satan shuts down the power of prayer by lack of honor. "And they took offense at Him." This is another way of saying they despised Him. Jesus said, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own household."


Why did the miracles in third world countries take place so many years ago?
The healing of withered limbs, and many great miracles took place in those nations. Down there, they honored King Jesus. The sheeple nation does not  honor their King like they should in this land today! The Lord Jesus Christ, in  Mark 6:5, "And He could do no miracles there." The men will be honored, the women will be honored, and the empowerment will come.


The dress of yesteryear was honorable, and coming to church the people dressed to honor the Lord. Movies from the fifties depict a people dressed honorably. In 1 Peter 3:7, honor begets honor, “Grant her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.”
A wife falsely accuses and dishonors her husband, as she cuts him down.
Dishonor begets dishonor, as Satan works to bring dishonor, to shut down the miracles. He works insidiously to hinder our prayers. "Grant her honor as a fellow heir, so that your prayers may not be hindered."

We need to pray, "Lord, don't let my enemies triumph over me,"
as a man's enemies will be the members of his own household.
Get the rebellious child out of the house, as this will shut down the power.
You need to have the honor for each other. Mark 5:44 teaches us,, "Love your enemies and bless those who curse you."  ”The Lord's bondservant must not be quarrelsome." "Leading to repentance, that you may escape the snare of the devil." I will be honored, and you're not going to behave this way, as paraphrased by the preacher. Eccle. 9:9, 7:26. "Enjoy life with the woman that you love." This is your reward from God. "The sinner will be captured by her."
Don't get caught up in her bitterness.

Prov.21:9 & 19. "Shared with a contentious woman." You can feel honor, and you can feel dishonor. A contentious woman produces negative vibes, as she dishonors her husband. She acquires a contentious, demonic glee out of falsely accusing her husband. The Lord still provided, as He went 400 years without talking to her. The Lord said, “Honor Me, then I'll talk to you.”
David provided the basics, but the love was withdrawn. She dried up, fruitless, as a wrinkled up old prune. The demon used her up, as she could no longer feed off of and milk her husband.

Repent and start honoring each other. We honor God when we honor each other. Where are the miracles? Where is the honor? Become an honorable and penitent vessel. Mal.2:1, "Honor to My name" Prov.3:9-10 Are you willing to start honoring your God? We have been praying, "Show me how you want me to serve You." Honor the Lord. Honor the Lord from your wealth and the first of all your produce. Pastor Peters, "You hit below the belt!" "Yes, but I sure know how to do it!"

Dear Lord, grant us an escaping from the snare of the devil, and that there would be honor again. We pray in Jesus' name.
